Born in Boisbriand, Gilles takes over the family farm, an ancestral farm dating from 1790. The generations change, and he adapts his farm to new needs, mainly for greater milk production (80 cows). 12 months a year, 7 days a week, public holiday or not, essential to deliver good milk production and quality.
With an area of 400 arpents, Gilles takes care of, among other things, field work, working the soil, sowing, fertilizing, harvesting hay, and maintaining and repairing machinery. In 2012, Les Ecuries Santos bought his land, and Gilles offered his services as a handyman.
Since that time, Gilles has been a pampered Grandpa and he is happy to continue living his passion, this time, in the field of horses with the Santos team.
